1. Booking Terms
By submitting a booking request with Lady Morgana, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these terms and conditions. All bookings are subject to availability and confirmation by our team.
- Bookings can be made through our website, by phone, via WhatsApp, or by email
- A booking is only confirmed when you receive a written confirmation from Lady Morgana with a booking reference number
- It is your responsibility to verify that all details on the confirmation are accurate
- We reserve the right to decline any booking at our discretion
- Minimum age for solo travelers is 18 years. Minors must be accompanied by an adult
- Accurate passport information must be provided at the time of booking for all travelers
2. Payment Terms
We offer flexible payment options to make your booking convenient and secure:
- Deposit: A non-refundable deposit of 25% of the total tour price is required to secure your booking
- Balance Payment: The remaining 75% is due no later than 7 days before the scheduled tour date
- Full Payment: Bookings made less than 7 days before the tour date require full payment at the time of booking
- Payment Methods: We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express, PayPal, and bank transfers
- Currency: All prices are quoted in US Dollars (USD). Payments can be made in USD, EUR, or GBP at the applicable exchange rate
- Late Payment: Failure to pay the balance by the due date may result in automatic cancellation of your booking
All prices displayed on our website include applicable taxes unless otherwise stated. No hidden fees or surcharges.
3. Pricing & Availability
Tour prices are subject to change until the booking is confirmed. Prices may vary based on:
- Seasonal demand and peak travel periods
- Number of participants (group size)
- Accommodation category selected
- Special requests or customizations to itineraries
- Changes in external costs such as fuel surcharges or entrance fees
Once your booking is confirmed and deposit paid, the price is guaranteed and will not increase.
4. Cancellation Policy
Cancellations must be submitted in writing via email. The following cancellation charges apply:

5. Amendments & Modifications
Changes to confirmed bookings are subject to availability and may incur additional charges:
- By You: Amendment requests made more than 7 days before the tour are free of charge. Changes within 3-7 days may incur a fee of 10% of the tour value. Changes within 48 hours are treated as cancellations.
- By Us: Lady Morgana reserves the right to modify itineraries due to unforeseen circumstances (weather, political events, operational issues). We will notify you as soon as possible and offer reasonable alternatives of equivalent value.
- Significant Changes: If we make a major change to your tour, you may accept the change, choose an alternative tour, or receive a full refund.
6. Liability
Lady Morgana acts as a tour operator and intermediary for various travel services. Our liability is limited as follows:
- We are not liable for delays, cancellations, or disruptions caused by circumstances beyond our control (force majeure) including natural disasters, political unrest, strikes, weather conditions, or pandemic-related restrictions
- We are not liable for loss, damage, or theft of personal belongings during the tour
- We are not liable for personal injury or accidents arising from participation in activities where inherent risks exist (diving, safari drives, climbing, etc.)
- Our maximum liability is limited to the total amount paid for the tour package in question
- Guests are required to have comprehensive travel insurance that covers medical expenses, trip cancellation, and personal liability
By booking with us, you acknowledge that you participate in tour activities at your own risk and accept the inherent risks involved.
7. Guest Responsibilities
As a guest, you agree to:
- Provide accurate and complete information at the time of booking
- Ensure you have a valid passport (minimum 6 months validity) and any necessary visas
- Obtain required travel vaccinations and medical advice before travel
- Comply with all laws and regulations of Egypt
- Respect local customs, dress codes, and cultural sensitivities
- Follow safety instructions provided by guides and activity operators
- Not engage in behavior that disrupts the experience of other guests
8. Complaints & Dispute Resolution
If you have a complaint during your tour, please report it to your guide or our operations team immediately so we can resolve it promptly. If the issue is not resolved to your satisfaction, please submit a written complaint within 14 days of tour completion to complaints@ladymorgana.com. We will investigate and respond within 21 days.
9. Governing Law
These terms and conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Arab Republic of Egypt. Any disputes arising from these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Cairo, Egypt. We encourage amicable resolution before resorting to legal proceedings.
10. Changes to Terms
Lady Morgana reserves the right to update or modify these terms at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting on this page. The terms in effect at the time of your booking will apply to your reservation. We will notify existing customers of material changes via email.
