Last updated: January 1, 2026. Our booking policy is designed to make your reservation process smooth, transparent, and stress-free.

1. How to Book

Booking your dream Egypt tour with Lady Morgana is easy. Choose the method that works best for you:

  • Online Booking: Use our online booking form to select your tour, dates, and number of guests. Submit the form and our team will confirm availability within 24 hours.
  • Phone Booking: Call us at +20 10 0449 9017 to speak directly with a booking specialist. Our phone lines are open Sunday-Thursday, 9:00 AM - 6:00 PM (EET).
  • WhatsApp: Send a message to +20 10 0449 9017 with your tour preferences, and we'll respond promptly.
  • Email Booking: Email your requirements to bookings@ladymorgana.com. Include your desired tour, preferred dates, number of travelers, and any special requests.
  • In-Person: Visit our office at 5 Tahrir Street, Downtown Cairo, Egypt, Sunday-Thursday, 9:00 AM - 5:00 PM.

2. Deposit Requirements

A deposit is required to secure your booking. Our deposit structure is as follows:

  • Standard Tours: A non-refundable deposit of 25% of the total tour price is required at the time of booking
  • Luxury & Custom Tours: A deposit of 30% is required for custom-designed itineraries and luxury packages
  • Nile Cruises: A deposit of 35% is required for Nile cruise bookings during peak season (October-April)
  • Group Bookings (6+ people): A deposit of 20% per person is required
  • Last-Minute Bookings: Bookings made within 7 days of the tour date require full payment at the time of booking

Your deposit is applied to the total tour cost and secures your spot, accommodations, and services.

3. Payment Schedule

We offer flexible payment schedules to accommodate your planning needs:

Final Balance Remaining amount 7 days before tour

We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express, PayPal, and bank transfers. All payments are processed securely through encrypted payment gateways.

4. Confirmation Process

Your booking is confirmed through the following steps:

  • Step 1 — Booking Request: You submit a booking request via your chosen method with all required details
  • Step 2 — Availability Check: Our team checks availability for your selected tour, dates, and accommodation
  • Step 3 — Provisional Hold: We place a provisional hold on your preferred arrangements (valid for 48 hours)
  • Step 4 — Deposit Payment: You pay the required deposit to secure the booking
  • Step 5 — Confirmation: You receive a written confirmation email with your unique booking reference number, detailed itinerary, and payment receipt
  • Step 6 — Pre-Tour Information: 7 days before your tour, you receive comprehensive pre-travel information including guide contact details, meeting points, and what to bring

A booking is only confirmed when you receive a written confirmation from Lady Morgana with a valid booking reference number. Verbal or informal confirmations are not binding.

5. Amendments

We understand that plans may need to change. Amendment requests are handled as follows:

  • Date Changes: Changing your tour date is free if requested more than 14 days before the original date. Within 7-14 days, a fee of 10% of the tour value applies. Within 7 days, date changes are treated as cancellations.
  • Tour Changes: Switching to a different tour is treated as a cancellation of the original booking and rebooking of the new tour. Fees may apply based on the cancellation policy.
  • Guest Changes: Changing the name of a guest on a confirmed booking is free up to 7 days before the tour. After that, a $25 administrative fee applies.
  • Add-Ons: Adding extra services, activities, or nights can be arranged subject to availability. Additional costs will be quoted and must be paid at the time of amendment.

All amendment requests must be submitted in writing to amendments@ladymorgana.com or through our contact form.

6. Group Booking Terms

We welcome group travelers and offer special terms for parties of 6 or more:

  • Group Discount: Groups of 6-10 people receive a 5% discount on the total tour price. Groups of 11+ receive a 10% discount.
  • Free Places: For groups of 15+ paying guests, one person travels free (accommodation in shared room). For groups of 20+, two persons travel free.
  • Deposit: A 20% deposit per person is required to secure group bookings
  • Cancellation: Group cancellations are subject to the standard cancellation policy. However, if the group size drops below the minimum (6 persons), the price may be recalculated based on the actual number of participants.
  • Dedicated Coordinator: Group bookings receive a dedicated coordinator to assist with planning, communication, and on-the-ground support
  • Customization: Group itineraries can be fully customized to suit your group's interests, pace, and preferences

7. Special Requests

We strive to accommodate special requests to make your experience exceptional:

  • Dietary Requirements: Please inform us of any food allergies or dietary restrictions at the time of booking. We cater to vegetarian, vegan, halal, kosher, and gluten-free diets.
  • Accessibility: Please advise if any member of your party has mobility challenges or special accessibility needs. We will do our best to accommodate and suggest suitable tours.
  • Special Occasions: Celebrating a birthday, anniversary, or honeymoon? Let us know and we can arrange special touches.
  • Room Preferences: Request twin, double, or connecting rooms at the time of booking (subject to availability).

While we make every effort to accommodate special requests, they cannot be guaranteed until confirmed in writing.

8. Travel Insurance

Travel insurance is strongly recommended for all guests. We require that all participants have comprehensive travel insurance that covers:

  • Medical expenses and emergency evacuation
  • Trip cancellation and interruption
  • Lost, stolen, or damaged baggage
  • Personal liability
  • Activity coverage (diving, safari, etc.)
